Each vacancy announcement (i.e., job posting) includes a close date to submit your application and a deadline to complete your assessments.
How will I be notified of my deadline?
You'll be notified on-screen when you submit your application and/or receive an email from usastaffingoffice@usastaffingoffice.gov with your specific assessment deadline. Typically, you have at least 48 hours after receiving the assessment link to complete the assessments.
What if I can't complete all the assessments by my deadline?
If you don't complete all the required assessments by the deadline , your application will be incomplete and it won't continue in the hiring process for that job. If you believe there are special circumstances, you can contact the hiring agency to request an extension by reading the How to Request Help section.
Does non-completion impact future applications?
No. If you don't finish the required assessments for a job you applied to, you won't be considered for that position. However, you're encouraged to apply to future job announcements. If the same assessments are required, you'll be invited to complete them again for the new application.
